Captain

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in restaurant daily operations and supervise the team
- Perform duties of Restaurant in-charge in the absence of Restaurant Manager
- Provide attentive and efficient service to meet members’ satisfaction
- Serve and deal with members in a professional and courteous manner
- Set up the restaurant to ensure products and condiments are ready
- Maintain restaurant hygiene and cleanliness throughout the day
Requirements
- Secondary education or Diploma in food & beverage or related discipline
- (For Captain) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in club or hotel industry
- (For Waiter/ Waitress) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, exposure in club or hotel industry will be advantageous
- A good team player with strong leadership to motivate, train and supervise subordinates
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Irrigation Assistant 灌溉助理
- Operate and maintain the irrigation pump station and reverse osmosis (water desalination) plant
- Perform routine safety inspection and maintenance on all irrigation equipment and tools
- Update information and maintain accurate record for water testing and RO plant
- Experience of basic electricity and plumbing / hydraulics related to an irrigation system
- Exposure to reverse osmosis (water desalination) plants would be beneficial
- Competent PC knowledge
- Good English skills
- Outdoor work, morning shift duty is required (sometimes night shift)

Irrigation Foreman
Responsibilities
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of the irrigation system, desalination plant, and drainage system.
- Assist with maintenance schedules for all components of the irrigation system, desalination plant and drainage system.
- Diagnose and repair any issues related to irrigation system, desalination plant, and drainage system.
- Assist in routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs for the irrigation system, desalination plant, and drainage system.
- Ensure all work is conducted safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with record keeping for irrigation and desalination plant.
Requirements
- Previously worked in the Golf Course /related to this industry will be added advantage.
- Experience of basic electricity and plumbing to an irrigation system
- Knowledge of operating an irrigation system or water systems management
- Exposure to water desalination (Reverse Osmosis) plants would be advantageous
- Independent, energetic and hands on individual
- Be able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Be able to read and interpret as-build drawings
- Competent computer knowledge
- Good command of written and spoken English/ if Cantonese/Mandarin speaking will be advantageous
- Outdoor work & morning/night shift duty is required
- Able to do physical work and carry heavy objects
- Possession of valid Hong Kong Driving License will be advantageous

Assistant Sports & Recreation Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation and service of Sports & Recreation Department
- Create, design, and implement a wide range of recreational and activity programmes
- Assist in planning and implementation of sports and recreation events on both local and international scales
- Prepare and manage the budgets for the Sports & Recreation department, including monitoring income and expenditure of programmes and the preparation of financial and management reports
- Supervise and motivate coaching staff in developing and maintaining tuition programmes for members
- Handle member enquiries and complaints
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or diploma holder in Sports & Recreation, Leisure Studies or related discipline with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience, exposure in club industry will be advantageous
- Possess a strong background in event management, sports & recreation programme planning and facilities management;
- Great team player with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer servicing skills
- Attention to details with good planning, organizational, time management and critical thinking skills
- Experience in paper work handling, such as preparing accurate and concise meeting notes, work orders and reports in a timely manner
- Proficient in computer skills
- Proficient in both written & spoken English
- Possession of valid Hong Kong Driving License and First Aid certificate will be advantageous

Job Duties
- Ensures the daily sports & recreation operation is smooth and the facilities are properly set up and well-prepared
- Works with other staff to ensure that diverse and well-managed sports programmes are in place for members, guests and visitors

- Supports and attends other club events
Requirements
- Tertiary education with 1 year’s experience in hospitality, facility/estate management or sports and recreation management
- Hardworking, passionate, responsible, courteous and customer service oriented
- Excellent team player
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications
- Outdoor exposure is necessary and willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Requirements
