Waiter / Waitress
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive food & beverage service such as seating arrangement, menu introduction & order taking
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of restaurant
- Understand members’ needs efficiently and meet their satisfaction
- Handle member enquiries appropriately
Requirements
- Secondary education or Diploma in Food & Beverage or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, exposure in club or hotel industry will be advantageous
- A good team player with pleasant and outgoing personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Fresh graduates will also be considered

Chef de Partie
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining high standard of daily operations in kitchen
- Responsible for production of western cuisine
- Ensure the food quality is up to members’ satisfaction as well as the Club’s standard
- Accommodate special requests and deliver up to members’ expectation
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in kitchen
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in western cuisine
- Creative menu planning, standard recipe production, basic costing and cost control principles
- Experience in banqueting, mass production and advance preparation
- Able to work with a multi-national team and assist or cooperate with others
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Demi Chef de Partie
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining high standards of day-to-day operations in kitchen
- Assist in food production for both Chinese & Western cuisine
- Maintain high standard of hygiene and safety and the cleanliness of workstation & equipment
- Play an active role in fulfilling the supervisory responsibilities for occupational health and safety
Requirements
- Certificate or equivalent vocational training in Food & Beverage Catering is highly preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in food and beverage kitchen operations preferably in hotel or hospitality industry
- Well-mannered, well-versed in kitchen hygiene and customer service oriented
- Good team player with strong communication
- Good command in spoken English and Cantonese

Mechanic 機械維修員
– Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the equipment & machinery
– Secondary education with a certificate in Mechanical Engineering is beneficial, but not essential
– 2 years’ relevant experience in car engine repairs will be an advantage
– Interest in learning preventative mainteance on golf course machinery
– Holder of valid driving license of code 1 & 2
– Enthusiastic and dedicated team player
– Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
– Morning shift starts at 5 am.

Irrigation Assistant 灌溉助理
- Operate and maintain the irrigation pump station and reverse osmosis (water desalination) plant
- Perform routine safety inspection and maintenance on all irrigation equipment and tools
- Update information and maintain accurate record for water testing and RO plant
- Experience of basic electricity and plumbing / hydraulics related to an irrigation system
- Exposure to reverse osmosis (water desalination) plants would be beneficial
- Competent PC knowledge
- Good English skills
- Outdoor work, morning shift duty is required (sometimes night shift)

管家部服務員

Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily Housekeeping operations, assigning work tasks to subordinates, and supervising Shift Leaders, General Helpers, and Linen Room Attendants.
- Conduct daily inspections of job-related areas to ensure cleanliness and services meet Club standards, and promptly report any defects to the Engineering Department.
- Provide on-the-job training, ensure staff are well-presented, and maintain effective communication with internal departments and external suppliers.
- Control the inventory of member supplies and cleaning detergents, oversee special cleaning programs, and coordinate scheduled pest control services.
- Play an active role in occupational health and safety, ensuring team compliance with risk prevention measures, safety ordinances, and related Club rules.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Housekeeping Operations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in housekeeping operations, with previous supervisory experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and occupational safety practices.
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Golf Course Warden 高球場運作員
- Responsible for providing golf related services, ensures smooth pace of play, safety and observation of golf etiquette on the golf course
- Form 5 standard with 1 – 2 years relevant experience in golf club or hospitality industry will be advantageous

Sports & Recreation
Pool Supervisor
(Less experience will be considered as Senior Lifeguard)
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety of our members and guests in the swimming pool area
- Maintain and execute the rules and regulations of the swimming pool
- Handle member enquiries and complaints
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Secondary education
- A minimum of 3 years relevant working experience preferably in hotel/clubhouse industry
- Possess valid Pool Lifeguard Award issued by Hong Kong Life Saving Society
- Possess valid First Aid / CPR / AED Certificates
- Good management, organizational, communications and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and customer service oriented
- Able to communicate in spoken English and Cantonese
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
