We celebrated our 13th collaboration with Children’s Thalassaemia Foundation and co-hosted a charity golf event on 20 March. We were grateful to have the support of 108 golfers, who helped raise $950k to finance the thalassaemia major patients’ HSCT (haematopoietic stem cell transplantation), and to buy the iron chelation syringe driver and accessories for iron removal treatment. We were particularly thrilled to have met with Ms Frances Yip, the Canto pop diva who graced the event as the ambassador for the second consecutive year.
