Administration

IT Administrator / IT Specialist

Responsibilities

Maintain smooth operation of MS Office365, Active directory and Network Infrastructure
Manage WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi and access right control to ensure all IT systems and applications are efficient and secure
Provide IT Support on OS configuration, software installation and configuration, and user account management of all levels
Manage IT assets, licenses and documentation
Configure Hyper-V, backup and restore, health check, performance tuning and capacity planning
Participate in IT related projects
Setup meeting environment for board or guest meeting
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above in IT / Computer Science or related disciplines
Holder of CCNA/CCNP certification is a must
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT network administration and system support, preferably in Club or hospitality industry
Must be well verse in Shell Scripting & Hyper-V
Hands on experience in Microsoft Infrastructure Configuration (Windows Server 2012 / 2016, Microsoft Active Directory, O365 Exchange). Microsoft Certification is highly preferable.
Hands on experience in Network Security, Firewall setup and configuration, and VPN across different business partners
Knowledgeable in Database Management & Backup Strategy
Experience in Linux platform, IP Phone & Point of Sales System will be advantageous
Experience in Cloud Service and Server management will be advantageous
Strong troubleshooting skills, responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in English

Captain

Role & Responsibilities

Assist in restaurant daily operations and supervise the team
Perform duties of Restaurant in-charge in the absence of Restaurant Manager
Provide attentive and efficient service to meet members’ satisfaction
Serve and deal with members in a professional and courteous manner
Set up the restaurant to ensure products and condiments are ready
Maintain restaurant hygiene and cleanliness throughout the day

Requirements

Secondary education or Diploma in food & beverage or related discipline
(For Captain) Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in club or hotel industry
(For Waiter/ Waitress) Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, exposure in club or hotel industry will be advantageous
A good team player with strong leadership to motivate, train and supervise subordinates
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Good command of spoken English and Cantonese

Pastry Chef

Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the pastry kitchen
Responsible for the production of all the desserts and cakes for food & beverage outlets
Ensure the food quality is up to members’ satisfaction as well as the Club’s standard
Accommodate special requests and deliver up to members’ expectation
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years relevant experience preferably in club or hotel industry
Experience in similar capacity would be advantageous
Customer service oriented and able to anticipate members’ needs with good interpersonal skills
Demonstrate innovation in menu design and food concept development

A good team player with strong communication skills

Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Sports & Recreation

Assistant Sports & Recreation Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operation and service of Sports & Recreation Department
Create, design, and implement a wide range of recreational and activity programmes
Assist in planning and implementation of sports and recreation events on both local and international scales
Prepare and manage the budgets for the Sports & Recreation department, including monitoring income and expenditure of programmes and the preparation of financial and management reports
Supervise and motivate coaching staff in developing and maintaining tuition programmes for members
Handle member enquiries and complaints

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Bachelor degree or diploma holder in Sports & Recreation, Leisure Studies or related discipline with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience, exposure in club industry will be advantageous
Possess a strong background in event management, sports & recreation programme planning and facilities management;
Great team player with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation and customer servicing skills
Attention to details with good planning, organizational, time management and critical thinking skills
Experience in paper work handling, such as preparing accurate and concise meeting notes, work orders and reports in a timely manner
Proficient in computer skills
Proficient in both written & spoken English
Possession of valid Hong Kong Driving License and First Aid certificate will be advantageous
