Application
Application should be made in writing together with a detailed proposal.

Booking procedures
Applicants must submit the application to the Club for approval. Applicants are allowed to make advance booking of facilities one (1) year prior to the proposed event date.

Processing time
Applicants will be informed of their application results within twenty-eight (28) working days after submission of an application.

Methods of payment
Payment can be made by cheque.

Term and conditions of using the facilities (if applicable)
Applicants shall observe the Club's Bye-laws which governs the use of facilities.

Fees
The successful applicant is required to pay the charges for the use of the Club's Lot at a rate being calculated on a cost recovery basis, including revenue loss, payroll & related expenses, F&B expenses, energy cost, engineering expenses, transportation, housekeeping, administrative and general costs, and other miscellaneous items.

所有申請必須以書面形式遞交,並附上詳盡計劃書。

預約程序
申請團體必須向本會遞交申請書以作審核,而場地則可在預計活動舉辦日期一年以前進行預約。

程序需時
申請團體將於遞交申請後二十八個工作天內收到結果通知。

付款辦法
本會接受支票付款。

設施使用條款 (如適用)
申請團體必須遵守本會會章所訂明之使用守則。

費用
申請一經接納,該團體必須以支票形式繳付所需費用。費用將以成本補償原則計算,包括虧損、員工薪金及相關開支、餐飲、能源、工程、交通、場地管理、行政、總務及一切雜項支出等。
