Waiter / Waitress

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive food & beverage service such as seating arrangement, menu introduction & order taking
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of restaurant
  •  Understand members’ needs efficiently and meet their satisfaction
  • Handle member enquiries appropriately

Requirements

  • Secondary education or Diploma in Food & Beverage or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, exposure in club or hotel industry will be advantageous
  • A good team player with pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered

西餐廚師

  • 協助維持廚房日常運作

Teppanyaki Chef (6 – 9 months’ Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the teppanyaki grill and western kitchen
  • Oversee the Chef Table booking schedules and event food ordering
  • Plan and execute the menu items in accordance to the set standard
  • Work in front of the Chef Table for food production
  • Ensure high food quality to deliver excellent dining experience to all customers
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in kitchen
  • Handle member enquiries appropriately, professionally and efficiently

Requirements

  • Secondary education or Diploma in Food & Beverage or related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Japanese food, especially Teppanyaki
  • Able to work with a multi-national team and assist or cooperate with others
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, basic Japanese is preferably
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Captain

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant and supervise the team
  • Perform duties of Restaurant in-charge as and when required in the absence of Restaurant Manager
  • Provide efficient and attentive food & beverage services to meet members’ satisfaction
  • Serve and deal with members in a professional and courteous manner
  • Set up the restaurant to ensure products and condiments are ready
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of restaurant throughout the day

Requirements

  • Secondary education or Diploma in food & beverage or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in club or hotel industry
  • Experience in similar capacity would be advantageous
  • A good team player with strong leadership to motivate, train and supervise subordinates
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
