Membership & Marketing Executive / Officer / Assistant Officer

(Final offer based on experience, fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Membership Officer)

Responsibilities

  • Handle membership enquires
  • Process new member applications
  • Manage membership data and appropriate filing
  • Manage digital and social media platforms
  • Assist in handling member comments
  • Provide administration service for the Membership Department
  • Assist in Club’s events and activities if assigned 

Requirements

  • University degree holder in hospitality management or related discipline
  • 2-4 years customer service experience in hospitality field preferred
  • Good interpersonal and strong administration skills
  • Proficient in computer software application
  • Proficient in written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Well organized with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • A mature self-starter who is customer-orientated, reliable and pays attention to detail at all times 
 

Assistant Programme & Events Officer (Sports & Recreation Department)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize Sports & Recreation programmes & events
  • Handle programme enrolments and enquiries
  • Prepare event materials including posters, enrolment forms and notices etc.
  • Ensure work procedures run smoothly and offer ideas on improvements if necessary

Requirements

  • Tertiary education with 2 year’s experience in hospitality, facility/estate management or sports and recreation management
  • Hardworking, passionate, responsible, courteous and customer service oriented
  • Excellent team player
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
  • Good knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Immediate availability will be advantageous
