Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities

  • Check daily invoices and sales chits
  • Routine accounting data entries
  • Prepare reports based on data extracted from system
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as necessary

Requirements

  • Elementary bookkeeping
  • A minimum of 1 – 2 years relevant experience, preferably in club or hotel industry 
  • Self-initiated, independent, detail-minded with attention to accuracy
  • A team player with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is a must
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Report duty occasionally on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday for certain Club’s events
