Event & Outreach Co-ordinator

(Final offer based on experience, fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Membership Officer)

Responsibilities

  • To assist in organizing PR & Charity events
  • To coordinate logistics of events and provide on-site support
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with NGO partners, sponsors, National Sports Association (NSA), vendors & client contacts 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in event management and/or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
  • Outgoing, good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, problem-solving skills and attentive to details
  • Ability to work in a team and work independently
  • Proficiency in computer software application
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Membership & Marketing Executive / Officer / Assistant Officer

(Final offer based on experience, fresh graduate will be considered as Assistant Membership Officer)

Responsibilities

  • Handle membership enquires
  • Process new member applications
  • Manage membership data and appropriate filing
  • Manage digital and social media platforms
  • Assist in handling member comments
  • Provide administration service for the Membership Department
  • Assist in Club’s events and activities if assigned 

Requirements

  • University degree holder in hospitality management or related discipline
  • 2-4 years customer service experience in hospitality field preferred
  • Good interpersonal and strong administration skills
  • Proficient in computer software application
  • Proficient in written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Well organized with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • A mature self-starter who is customer-orientated, reliable and pays attention to detail at all times
