Assistant Member Relations Executive

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service to our members
  • Handle the administration work independently at the reception 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in hospitality management or related discipline
  • 2 years customer service experience preferably in hospitality industry
  • Outgoing, good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer software application
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Marina Operations Supervisor

(Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Marina Operations Supervisor)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all aspects of marina repair and maintenance
  • Supervise marina operations team
  • Ensure marina operations are conducted in accordance with Club policy and procedures
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Marina Manager

Requirements

  • Matriculated
  • A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in the marine industry
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Primarily outdoor duties, however some office and administrative related tasks and responsibilities will be necessary
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Self-motivated, good organizational skills and able to work independently
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Shift duty may occasionally be required
