Golf Services Officer

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reception and administrative duties at our Golf Clubhouse
  • Handle daily registration, golf equipment rental, bookings & enquiries
  • Assist in running a medium size golf pro-shop with cash registering duty
  • Update retail displays and maintain the standards of presentation and cleanliness

Requirements

  • Secondary education with 2 years of customer service experience in hospitality industry
  • Possess retail or pro-shop experience will be advantageous
  • Pleasant, outgoing, customer oriented with good communication skills & excellent telephone manner
  • Good team player a must
  • Proficient in MS Office applications is a must
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Service Operator – Outdoor Sporting Facilities 服務運作員 (戶外體育設施)

  • 負責會所室內及戶外清潔及雜務工作
  •  Assist in daily operation of Sports facility
  • Deliver top class service in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of operating sports facilities will be an advantageous
  • Possess sports & recreation club’s operation experience will also be considered
  • Great customer service focus with excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and result-oriented
  • Possession of valid Hong Kong Driving Licence is required
  • Proficient in both spoken & written English & Cantonese and computer knowledge including MS Office
  • Willing to work on weekends & public holidays and shift duty is required
  • 負責監督戶外體育設施日常運作,為會員提供協助
  • 經驗不拘,有體育設施相關知識者優先考慮
  • 富工作熱誠及責任感,待人有禮及具良好顧客服務態度
  • 持有效駕駛執照
  • 能操簡單英語
  • 需輪班及戶外工作,並於週末、週日及公眾假期工作

  • 以上職位需 9 小時輪班工作,並於週末、週日及公眾假期工作
  • 可即時上班者將被優先考慮

Assistant Member Relations Executive

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service to our members
  • Handle the administration work independently at the reception 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in hospitality management or related discipline
  • 2 years customer service experience preferably in hospitality industry
  • Outgoing, good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer software application
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
