Training and Development
A training culture has been developed within the Club, being highly supported by the Management and the Committee Board. We offer a wide range of training programmes which include:

Health & Safety Measurement
The Club spreads over 300 acres and with extensive outdoor area. It is important that the Club imposes very strict safety measures to ensure all staff work under a safe & hygienic environment. A Health and Safety Group has been set up to enforce major health and safety checks:
- Health & Safety Awareness Training to New Colleagues
- Regular Risk Assessment
- Undertaking of Health & Safety Ordinances
The Club also invited the Occupational Safety & Health Council (OSHC) to conduct an independent safety audit to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency and reliability of the Club's Safety Management System. The OSHC has positively commented that the Club management is committed to ensuring the occupational safety and health of employees is in line with the legislative requirements; where issues have arisen, the Club has taken steps to effectively resolve safety and health problems, and communicate safety information properly.
Hygiene Conscious
Apart from safety, the Club also invited an independent hygiene consulting company to conduct surprise audits at all our restaurants, and was awarded the Hygiene Conscious Establishment Certificate.

Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years experience in authentic Indian cuisine
- Creative menu planning, standard recipe production, basic costing and cost control principles
- Experience in banqueting, mass production and advance preparation
- Good knowledge of both Western & Asian cuisines is an advantage and willing to learn other cuisines
- Able to work with a multi-national team and assist or cooperate with others
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene & safety in kitchen
- Able to communicate in Cantonese will be advantageous

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holder in hospitality management or related discipline
- 3-4 years customer service experience in hospitality field, work experience in private member club would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
Requirements
- Minimum Form 5 standard with relevant experience
- Ensure safety of our members & guests in swimming pool area
- Maintain and execute the rules & regulations of the swimming pool
- Holder of valid Pool Lifeguard Award issued by Hong Kong Life Saving Society
- Holder of valid First Aid certificate will be advantageous
- Enthusiastic and customer service oriented
- Able to communicate in English & Cantonese
- Willing to work on shift, weekends & public holidays

- 2 years relevant experience in private / residential club or service industry
- Bachelor degree or diploma holder in sports or leisure studies
- Experience in organizing children activities, teambuilding, sports events and retailing will be advantageous.

- Responsible for performing reception duties at the Golf Club including to handle bookings & enquiries and assist in operating a golf pro-shop with cash registering duties
- Minimum Form 7 standard with 2 years of customer service experience in hospitality industry
- Possess retail or pro-shop experience will be advantageous

Student Trainee (Human Resources Department)
- Assist in handling recruitment & staff activities, compensation & benefits administration and training & development co-ordination
- Assist in handling the application of membership, conducting market research and organizing club events
- Maintain member relations in professional manner
- Assist in preparing club’s publications, handling festival decoration, organizing club events and maintaining club website
- Participate in marketing activities and public relations events
- Assist in daily restaurant operations and providing professional F&B services to our members & guests
With the mission of providing work-based learning experience to nurture undergraduates providing practical training experience to students who are studying agriculture, soil science, landscape maintenance & turf management, etc. The Department is responsible for maintaining our golf courses and landscape in the finest condition.
Upon completion of the placement programme, the student would be able to:
- Gain expertise and proficiency in turf and grounds management skills
- Gain a better understanding of the overall golf course maintenance operation
